An evolving venue
With its seven exhibition pavilions, including a monumental 51,000 m² hall and a 5,200-seat conference room, as well as 216,000 m² of space available to exhibitors, Paris Expo is an impressive cutting-edge complex entirely dedicated to the presentation of events. In 2013, the site, which has been in existence for more than 90 years, began a transformation that should make it more welcoming, more ecologically responsible, more state of the art and, above all, more open to its district. The development work, which in no way impedes the hosting of major events, should be completed by next year and that which has already been completed allows us a good overview of what the new and improved Paris Expo will be like.
Make the most of Paris Expo…
The huge event that is the International Agricultural Show ends in early March. It will be followed by numerous events throughout the month such as Aiguille en Fête, a show for lovers of sewing, knitting, embroidery and related interests; the International Dive Show for underwater recreation enthusiasts and diving professionals; and Secours Expo, a trade show dedicated to rescue, emergency care and prevention. But the month’s biggest event will undoubtedly be the World Tourism Fair, from March 17th to 20th.
