Time to relax – yoga at the Montparnasse Tower
Published on in Entertainment
Do you dream of meditating as you gaze over the most beautiful city in the world? Fulfil your dream this summer 210 metres above ground on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower. Guided by a prominent instructor, you can start your day with a stimulating and relaxing yoga class.
An exceptional meeting place – yoga at the Montparnasse
Some claim that the Montparnasse Tower isn't the best place to admire Paris from since, from there, you can’t really experience it. Perhaps it isn't the best place to discover the bustle and clamour of our vibrant neighbourhoods but, at 201 metres above the 15th arrondissement, it offers a view that is simply breath-taking. It’s in this unique space, between heaven and earth and protected from the noise and agitation at ground level, that the Panoramic Observatory of the Montparnasse Tower invites you to try "Top Sunrise Yoga" on its outdoor terrace.
A discipline that's open to all
The sessions, organised by one of the experienced Hello Mojo teachers, combine dynamic breathing techniques with muscular awakening and flexibility. Early in the morning, you'll find the perfect balance between relaxing meditation and dynamism, giving you energy for the coming day. Courses will take place on the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower every Monday from 8 to 9am until August 27th. In case of rain, the Observatory will open its premises. Book your tickets now on the Observatory website or ask the Vice Versa Hotel team.
Start your day with a moment of intense relaxation close to the sky with Paris at your feet. The calm but energising routine is the perfect treat for both body and soul.
